Industrial Fabrication & Welding

Industrial and commercial facilities regularly need metal components repaired, modified, replaced or fabricated to fit existing conditions. All Pro Industrial provides shop and field welding, custom metal and sheet-metal fabrication, maintenance/repair fabrication, formed panels, flashing, brackets, supports and project-specific components that integrate with our civil, coatings, roofing and maintenance work.

Shop & Field Welding

All Pro performs welding both in the shop and in the field, depending on what a project calls for. Field welding lets us fabricate and fit components directly at the job site — useful for repairs, modifications, and work where a part has to match existing structure exactly rather than a shop drawing.

Custom Metal & Sheet-Metal Fabrication

Beyond structural welding, All Pro fabricates custom metal and sheet-metal components — brackets, supports, formed panels, flashing and enclosures — built to the dimensions and conditions of the actual project rather than pulled from a generic catalog part.

Maintenance & Repair Fabrication

A large share of industrial fabrication work isn’t new construction — it’s keeping existing equipment and structures running. All Pro fabricates replacement brackets and supports, field-fits repair components, and modifies existing equipment and structures to meet a changed need, coordinated as part of a facility’s ongoing maintenance and small-cap work.

Formed Panels, Flashing & Enclosures

Fabrication capability directly supports All Pro’s other industrial trades. Formed panels and flashing details support industrial roofing work, and custom covers and enclosures can protect equipment ahead of coating work or shield exposed components identified during a civil & sitework project.

Restoration & Replication

Some fabrication work isn’t about building something new — it’s about accurately reproducing a metal component that’s no longer available, or restoring an existing one to its original form. All Pro has also performed custom sheet-metal restoration and replication work associated with the historic Brown Duke diner restoration project.

When Custom Fabrication Makes Sense

Fabrication becomes especially valuable when an existing component is damaged, obsolete, unavailable from the original manufacturer, or has to match field conditions that a stock part cannot. All Pro can measure, field-fit, repair, modify or fabricate components to match the requirements of the actual project.

How We Approach a Fabrication Scope

We start with the existing condition, dimensions, function and installation requirements. Depending on the scope, components can be fabricated in the shop or fit and welded in the field. Fabrication can also be coordinated directly with roofing, civil, coating or maintenance work when the component is part of a larger facility scope.
